Manage your risk by knowing your law

Independent contractors, self-employed, agency workers, employees – how many of these categories does your workforce fit into? Who is entitled to what when it comes to paid holidays, the national minimum wage and protection against unwanted behaviour in the workplace? Will all your staff be entitled to the new privacy laws coming in May 2018? And what effect will the abolition of tribunal fees have on the likelihood of claims?

Attend one of our highly-engaging and fast-paced one-day workshops to ensure you’re up-to-date with the latest developments in the fast-moving world of employment law.
