Expectations of how HR adds value to the business are rising. Organisations require more in terms of contribution to strategy, the execution of business plans, and the delivery of tangible commercial benefits. In order to do this, HR needs to understand the business model, provide insights from data and evidence, connect with business leaders, and lead with integrity, consideration and challenge.

Designed in conjunction with practising, highly experienced HR Business Partners, this unique and practical programme will enable you to identify how to achieve business objectives, through the design and implementation of agile and value-driven HR solutions and behaviours.

About the Programme

Taking a blended approach, the programme combines face-to-face learning, a Virtual Learning Environment that holds programme materials and useful resources and delegates are encouraged to join a LinkedIn Community of HR Business Partners for sharing ideas and networking. This powerful mix is one of the best ways to achieve sustained skills enhancement, and also minimises the time you spend away from the office.

You have the option of a personal coach*, who will provide support, guidance and encouragement throughout the programme. This invaluable support will help you apply your learning at work, and make a difference straight away.

This development programme is made up of four core units, each comprising a face-to-face module (2-days). The programme is completed with a final ‘wrap up’ day (1-day workshop) where you will be asked to present (in groups) your answer to a Central Case Study which is given to you at the beginning of the programme. See the ‘Content’ section for further details.

We can also run this programme in-house for a group of people in your organisation. Delivered as it features here, or tailored to suit your organisational needs, in-house programmes are a cost effective way of developing a number of people in your organisation. Request a call back and one of our consultants will get in touch to discuss your needs.
