Effective and respected leaders have a clear starting point – they know the characteristics, behaviours and attitudes essential to achieve their vision. They also have the qualities that inspire their people to follow them and share that vision.

This course will introduce you to different models of leadership and practical tools to help you shape your personal style of leadership and make you a more effective leader.

Run as it features here, or run in-house where the content can be tailored to suit your organisational needs; cost effective if a number of people require training. Request a call back and one of our consultants will get in touch to discuss your needs.
