Course Tutors

Mrs Charlotte Bruce-Foulds

Charlotte is The OCM's Managing Director of Coach-Mentoring Training and Development and has been working with The OCM since 2004, after a career spanning 25 years working in senior management roles in Retail and Distribution. She has a strong background in management, coaching and mentoring, training and development, as well as a good level of knowledge of the strategic issues involved in people management having latterly worked as a Human Resources Director. Charlotte is highly experienced in setting up structured coaching and mentoring programmes to facilitate the development of senior managers and support leadership behavioural changes. She is responsible for overseeing and facilitating many client programmes and workshops. Her senior management and board experience coupled with her coach-mentoring expertise, also enable her to provide Executive Coaching and Mentoring services.

Mr Jon Davidge

Jon worked at Board level in publishing and media businesses before turning full-time to coaching and consulting in 2002. He specialises in leadership and team development in the cause of better working environments and more successful enterprises; long-term passions of his. Jon’s clients have typically valued his practical experience as much as his coaching skills – he claims that it’s the former that earns him the right to practice the latter. His approach is to help clients experience a sanctuary in which to reflect on their work and relationships and see them from a critical distance before determining fresh courses of action. These resolutions are tested and rehearsed in the safety of the coaching relationship until pipe dreams become probabilities.

Miss Alyson Weeks

Alyson is a Chartered MCIPD and has worked as an HR practitioner for the last 20 years with a broad range of businesses from SM to Blue Chip; leading and delivering HR and development programmes to meet business objectives, both as a consultant and manager. She regularly worked with managers and staff at all levels in a wide range of organisations, either in groups or giving 1-1 tailored advice and coaching to directors, managers and staff in the development of high performing teams, personal development and skills gaps, career guidance coaching for role transition and outplacement support. She has led on the design, delivery and implementation of business skills and coaching programmes, change projects, succession planning, talent management, the entire recruitment life cycle and learning & development programmes. Alyson has a facilitative style and her programmes are known to be interactive and fun.
