Mrs Emma Bridger

Emma Bridger is an award winning employee engagement, communication and change specialist, with over 18 years’ experience. Emma began her career lecturing graduates and post-graduates in psychology. Combining this understanding of psychology, with 15 years practical business experience, and an MBA, Emma has demonstrated how employee engagement can help organisations achieve their goals and create a competitive advantage. She set up People Lab in 2009 to deliver employee engagement solutions to a wide range of clients. Emma has also designed and developed the CIPDs range of employee engagement courses as well as contributing to, and being published within Engage for Success. Emma is a member of the “guru group” helping the Government taskforce on engagement. She is a regular conference speaker and case studies detailing her work have been published in industry journals. She is also a qualified, practicing coach and a member of the Institute of Public Relations.
