We have come to expect constant change in employment law, and the latest long list of topics continues that trend. Our panel of legal experts is coming to a venue near you this spring to unpick the latest employment law tangles facing your organisation.

For starters, we’ll discuss gearing up for ethnicity pay gap reporting following the Government consultation on recommendations from the EHRC and the BEIS. We’ll show you how to manage confidentiality in NDAs and settlement agreements, in light of sexual harassment incidents at work. Plus, we’ll give you an update on the worrying judgement on Morrisons Supermarkets vs. Various Claimants, where the Court of Appeal found Morrisons liable for data breaches caused by an employee’s criminal act.

And then, of course, there is Brexit. Whatever happens in the coming months, the Government recently made a commitment to not only uphold current workers’ rights following the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, but enhance them by implementing the Taylor Review recommendations.

Attend one of our highly-engaging one-day workshops to ensure you’re up-to-date with the latest developments in the fast-moving world of employment law, and steer your organisation safely through complex legal issues in these unpredictable times.
