Ms Glenda Bennett

Glenda is both a consultant with the CIPD, and a practising manager. With extensive experience in leading and delivering major change and transformation programmes, working with Boards and senior managers on organisational design, development and change, Glenda’s expertise in informed by experience as well as best practice.


Glenda delivers organisational design projects which are usually large scale, and often complex in the private, voluntary and public sector. In designing and delivering organisational design programmes, she works with senior managers to analyse  organisational drivers and their impact on the business,  and wherever possible  adopts an engagement-led approach  to the development of  new operating models, involving staff, stakeholders and customers. Using a consultative approach which fully engages managers and employees, has repeatedly worked to successfully minimize the impact on the business short term. Included in the organisational design work is the design of more efficient spans and layers and sets of accountabilities which enables more effective service delivery to the customer and clearer performance expectations within the business.


Glenda’s is passionate about people and performance: her workshops are engaging, stimulating and will help you to address strategic and practical problems in your organisations.

This practical and interactive course is designed for HR practitioners, line managers, or internal/external HR and organisational development consultants, involved in planning or supporting structural changes in an organisation.
