What's involved?

To be awarded the CIPD Advanced Award in Reward Management, you must:


  • attend the Introductory Webinar, the Assignment Skills Webinar and the four course modules
  • complete one written case study
  • successfully complete one written assignment
  • complete independent learning (reading, learning log and online quizzes).


Please note that on successful completion of the programme, you’ll be awarded the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Human Resources and your CIPD Awarding Body certificate will reflect this. An accompanying transcript to the certificate will highlight the specific Award unit studied.

How long will it take to complete?
The qualification takes 12 months to complete.

What do the fees include?

Fees include all tuition, personal tutor support and telephone coaching, assessment, course materials and access to the dedicated Virtual Learning Environment. The Award Registration Fee is also included. They do not include travel or accommodation. Membership is not mandatory to complete this programme; however we strongly recommend coming into Affiliate Membership in order to benefit from the full range of CIPD resources available to members.
