The course will enable attendees to understand the full implications of IR35 and they will have the basis of an internal project plan to work from in the lead up to full compliance on 5 April 2020. This includes a specific task list of actions, how to set up your determination panel and how to handle and communicate with your off payroll workers, especially those that are deemed to be inside IR35.

Kellie has been helping companies all over the UK to prepare for IR35 and is highly experienced in all areas of this important legislation change.

Annette Morley

Annette is Executive Coaching Director for Hansal International and is a highly professional Senior Leader with over 30 years experience within the Corporate Banking and Financial Services sector. Annette has worked on IR35 for a number of UK companies along with various other types of legislation change both across the UK and in the Middle East. Annette has a Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching and Psychotherapy and is a Master Practitioner in Mindfulness, Level 1,2 and 3. .
